Fat Control, Inc. and the Wellness Farm are the brainchildren of Jack D.
Osman, Ph.D., a family man; husband and father of five.
In his career as an educator, Jack has taught Health Education at the University of Maryland, Ballou High School (Washington, D.C.), The Ohio State University and (for the past 32 years) Towson University. Dr. Jack (as his students call him) loves a life of diversity which includes:
sweetpotato farming, vegetable gardening, jogging, swimming, power walking and
tinkering in the workshop. During the summers, he teaches swimming and lifeguarding
